RKJ In-Home Services Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern the use of RKJ In-Home Services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Service Agreement: RKJ In-Home Services agrees to provide in-home services as requested by the client, subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

  3. Scope of Services: RKJ In-Home Services offers a variety of services including but not limited to cleaning, cooking, childcare, elderly care, pet care, and household management. The specific services provided will be agreed upon with the client prior to commencement.

  4. Service Duration: The duration of service will be agreed upon with the client in advance. Any changes to the agreed duration must be communicated and approved by both parties.

  5. Service Fees: Fees for RKJ In-Home Services are determined based on the type and duration of service required. Fees will be communicated to the client prior to the commencement of service.

  6. Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment can be made in cash, check, or electronic transfer as agreed upon by both parties.

  7. Cancellation Policy: In the event that the client needs to cancel or reschedule a service, RKJ In-Home Services requires at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  8. Liability: While RKJ In-Home Services takes every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their property, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during the provision of services.

  9. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing access to their home and any necessary supplies or equipment for the completion of services. Clients are also responsible for ensuring the safety of RKJ In-Home Services staff while they are on the premises.

  10. Confidentiality: RKJ In-Home Services respects the privacy of our clients and will not disclose any confidential information obtained during the provision of services to third parties without the client's consent.

  11. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Termination of the agreement does not relieve the client of any outstanding payment obligations.

  12. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert jurisdiction].

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms herein.
